But your skin also needs a little bit of love, so taking a mini moisturizer and lip balm in your carry on will keep you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
3. Drown Out The Noise
The hustle and bustle of the engine and people moving around the plane can be enough to keep you awake for the entire flight. Be prepared and bring your own eye mask and earphones, this means from the second you board the plane you can enjoy music, sleep and relaxation.
