Tulum is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places in Mexico with its white-sand beaches and warm turquoise Caribbean waters, spectacular oceanside archaeological site with panoramic views, this magical beach town will make you fall in love, yearning to come back.
The nearby beach town of Akumal is yet another picturesque town, a short drive away from Tulum. Here you can snorkel with sea turtles, visit the natural cenotes, swimming holes and snorkel with thousands of tropical fish and marine life with gorgeous shapes and colors. The transparent waters are home to abundant marine life, a unique and unforgettable experience for everyone.
For most of the year, Tulum has a wonderful climate with mostly sunny days, beautiful sunrises, peaceful sunsets and spectacular starry night skies. It’s the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and forget about the worries of life at home. Simply laying outside gazing at the stars, you can observe shooting stars, the milky way and realize what a giant universe we are living in with so many magical places, like the indescribable beach of Tulum.
The magnificent cliff-side archaeological site of Tulum is a spectacular place to go for a walk and learn about the interesting history of the Mayan civilization in Mesoamerica. The markets just outside of the site are also a fun place to shop for Mexican souvenirs and taste flavourful, spicy Mexican food after a day of walking around the site.
Without a doubt, Tulum is one of my favorite places for its magical and beautiful vibe. It’s the perfect vacation spot for couples, families or even solo travellers. The relaxing atmosphere, pristine beaches and natural cenotes will help you relax during your time here and forget about life for a while.
