This extreme food fight outdoors can only begin when someone brings down a ham tied to a greasy pole. Once the ham is taken down, the tomato throwing can finally begin. If you’re in the Valencia region of Spain then you definitely don’t want to miss out one of the most “saucy” Spanish fiestas in August.
