There have been earthquakes near the Colca Canyon and trekkings have been cancelled.
There have been many aftershocks since, and as a result, it’s not possible to safely get into the canyon right now.
At the moment, only Colca Canyon Full Day and 2 Days sightseeing tours are still running.
Not sure how long this will be a problem for, but just be extra careful when booking treks.
